And in an IG story she stated she was doing F45. We all know for damn sure if KT was doing strenuous workouts at F45 she’d be posting about it. Not one single post of her working out! If you have lost that much weight wouldn’t you want to show people the hard work you are doing? It’s cause there is no hard work!
