I wouldn't wish it on anyone. That said perhaps their next property will be similar price comparison. I looked up my last house a few days ago, it's currently valued 25-30% than 10 years ago in Aberdeenshire.
I think you’re on the money here, taking a step back while house is on the market and will come back once it’s sold. She’s effectively said in one of her stories today she is taking a step back and will more than likely return in future, so it makes sense. Maybe keeping the house ‘private’ as such has been advised to try and get a sale as it’s not exactly a selling point for buyers to have their potential new property plastered all over social media in her drunken stories etc
