So I watched her dissertation video. She calls her dissertation "research" yet never actually talks about proper research (interviews, stat analysis, case studies, observations...) that you can do in social sciences. Her "research" seems to be a lot of reading and analysing articles. That's a litterature review, not actual research.

She's not crying because she's lost her student identity. She's crying because she's lost the sense of superiority that attending Minerva gave her for four years. I'm sure only worse is to come when she acknowledges that it wasn't a better option than Oxford or even Bristol.
She's very privileged to finish uni and feel a sense of having no purpose. Everyone else feels the pressure to get a full-time job as soon as possible.

Sorry super off topic and only tangentially related to Jade, but we found this out over on Folk's thread and I figured this might be interesting here too:
Like someone on here already mentioned, Folk and some other guys from his "uni" have started a toothpick start up (??). I had a look on their website and there's a Niklas (no last name) listed as a founder. Their official ig (pickem.store) follows 7 accounts, 6 of which are their team members (presumably, the names match up), including a Niklas. And that Niklas is - you guessed it - the same as Jade's Niklas. So strange to think that Jade possibly introduced them and they went on to start a toothpick business together... lol
I don't want to derail this thread too much, it's not a Niklas or Folkert thread, but I did want to point this out because I feel like it's a pretty good indicator of what Jade is going to go on to do. Everyone associated with her are so entangled in this grindset hustle culture start up web by now, I really can't see her go and do anything else.

It’s such a manipulation to call pretty unacceptable living conditions (for the amount of money they pay at least) „humbling”. Like you are the CLIENT of that scam uni and you are entitled to have some expectations for the money you pay. You can’t accept everything without a thought and call it „casual magic” ffs. It pisses me off so much because it enables that prone to manipulation and scam mlm way of thinking which is just dumb.

The reason she’s so miserable is bc her whole identity is based around being a student and now she’s realised that and doesn’t know what to do. Zero sympathy from me though; she’s been egregiously insufferable since she started at this scam university and I hope reality hits her like a truck, but seeing as her parents are the way they are, I doubt it. What’s next for our MLM gorl

I think what gets me is that she's not making anyone else love themselves by posting this stuff. I know sometimes I do look in the mirror and I'm very happy with how I look, but Jade posting that she believes she personally is a goddess is not going to make it more likely for me to feel that way about myself. It's just narcissistic.
She’s painfully unintelligent. Diversity doesn’t mean having a range of people from poor to rich, it means a lot more than that.
In any case, as explained in the wiki, 97% of students being on “financial aid” doesn’t mean much because from memory, that includes students that get a few hundred quid a year. And plenty of rich kids still are able to access financial aid, it’s not like having financial aid is proof you’re not rich. Not to mention it’s not even financial aid… they’re LOANS.
