I don’t know if it will help or not but I’m going to watch some documentaries tonight on WW2, or some YouTube videos. Maybe it will ease my anxieties I’m not sure But if anyone has anything they would like to recommend that would be brill.

I personally love watching ww2 stuff. I find it interesting and also helps me relate to my grandparents. Iplayer has a whole series about the rise of the naxis and dictators.

On Netflix there are loads of docs and also films and dramas about hitler, ww2 etc.

Actually if you're grandparents are alive maybe talk with them. Or even your parents if they remember the Cuban missile crises. Personally I have found comfort from history and hearing from people who have lived through similar before.but that might just be me. Sadly history repeats itself which is why it should never be forgotten.

Yes, you are absolutely right. You’re just looking at it from another angle. The UK has been going downhill for at least 10 years. I worry about my children’s futures too. It is also worrying that the NHS is not fit for purpose.

I personally think that the government we currently have is the worst in my lifetime. And it’s convenient for our prime minister that this current crisis has overshadowed his apparent objectionable behaviour during the Covid lockdowns and Partygate.
