Got to the point where he is running alongside her with the buggy filming her during the race, overtaking other runners in the process.
I have no words.
My cadence is around 155-160 and had two club coaches say my form is fine - certainly doesn’t look like her stompy mess when I’ve saw videos/photos of myself
10K PB is also a few mins faster than hers despite only doing 25-30km most weeks, as I’m just not that bothered about times!

My 10km pb is similar to hers I got it when doing 30ish mile weeks. My marathon on is 4.35.

She's that full of bullshit nothing would surprise me .
I apparently did sub 2/km today but I was doing sprints which even sub 15 tits doesn’t do.
Watched her vlog earlier and a few things…
- Anyone see how badly her pronation is in those new shoes, can’t wait for the injury!
- Matt shouting at her for the sprint finish and she continued to shuffle.
- Harri looked thrilled at the end to be dragged around again. For a kid of his age he’s not a chatterbox like most, probably don’t do any socialising with him because their runs come first!
- They questioned each other about how many sessions she’d done and he was wrong and thought she’d done a lot. Shows he knows nothing about what he’s doing and he’s (we already knew) is a tit coach!
- Why do they hang around at the end and film other runners whilst cheering! Blatantly doing it for 15 seconds only to then bigger off as they have the content to make them look good! Also why film the other runners you don’t know, they probably wouldn’t like to know you’re using them for material on your tit vlogs with poor editing.
- How many bracelets does welshtits need
