Honestly, they can wear masks all they want, but if they’re not washing their hands thoroughly it means fuckall. You’re way more likely to get sick from that. He was playing on the floor of a plane. I doubt they wiped down his hands or toys afterwards. I also doubt they used sanitizer after each ride until reaching a bathroom to wash hands. Sanitizer is great for short term, but nothing beats soap & water. Before you eat anything or as soon as we’re back in the room- take off your shoes and wash your hands immediately.
