What I don’t understand is why she thinks they should exchange and complete in the same day
It’s normally at least a week in between if not more 
I understood that they hadn’t exchanged and not that the sale had fallen through.
That's what I thought but somebody has said they're glad it's fallen through so I was confused !
Mine completed within an hour of exchange, it can happen just not that commonWhat I don’t understand is why she thinks they should exchange and complete in the same day

It's absolutely crazy . I just don't understand them . It will be damp smelly and dirty and let's be honest she isn't the ideal cleaner .
She tries too hard to make us believe she is very clued up and intelligent but falls at every hurdle . Imagine moving into a cold damp house in this weather .They have been “insured” it’s all going through
