I wonder if they will though. Their lives are so sheltered now. They know nothing of real life or work - they certainly see neither from Sarah or Chris. They see barely no one, and that’s not just based on what is seen in vlogs it’s seen in all their behaviour. They’re concerned with NOW, not the future, and, now, for them is being famous. Sadly they aren’t, aside from Chris whose so stupid he probably thinks infamous is the same as famous!.
It’ll be dreadful when it all crashes down. It’s only really still going because of the few ifam they have, the capital one card and possibly the odd hate watch. Very very few actually watch them.
That's true, I think I was thinking of when she changed to the private school (year 5?).
She didn't seem to like it much, and didn't seem to mind when Sarah/Chris made the choice NOT to send her back for the end of Year 6 when that was one of the years allowed back earlier after the lockdown. Because she was the only one who could have gone back then, they didn't bother and I assume already knew they wouldn't be sending them back at all anyway.
Leaving year 6 is a big milestone, even if most were probably staying in the same private school but going to the high school part, most schools tried to make this as special as they could even with all the restrictions around them being in school at the time. She stayed at home and went shopping with Nana instead, which was a sign of how their education would go!
I bet they left owing school fees too !
Most private schools you have to give at least one whole terms notice or you have to pay that terms fees . Even though it was lockdown etc school fees were still due
Bet the school like most others were doing plenty of online lessons and expecting parents to oversee and help which would have been too much hassle for lazy so they just withdrew them knowing that because they weren’t in the state school system they would then just be not accounted for
Islas school were probably told they were moving out of that LEA so again not accounted for in the system

I spend the 6 week summer holidays with my children, it's how our own personal family set up works.
They have late night, late mornings, routine mostly heads out the window. We spend endless days at the beach with cousins, theme parks, rivers, playing football in the park. The housework gets put on the back burner, reading and maths is thrown out the window. We go to places where they're learning about the local area or just learning life lessons, how to behave socially and interact with others.
But come the end of those 6 weeks, i feel sluggish, I'm tired, my drive to do things is gone and however much I miss the kids, I'm ready for them to head back to school. They are too, not because of boredom but because they want to see friends and go and chat to their teach about the starfish they found, or the massive stick they carried 6 miles and then wouldnt fit in the car.
Those kids though live that sluggish, late night, late morning life endlessly, there is nothing else, no routine, no prospects of seeing friends just living in an insular bubble. No wonder they look the way they do and churn out endless drivel, they have nothing about them.

If it wasn’t for them vlogging, and consequently the ‘allegations’ about Chris being a creep (which are obviously true), do we think they’d have taken the kids out of school for homeschooling? I reckon they wouldn’t, and a lot of it I think comes down to the public opinion about them, especially after Jess shared screenshots of those messages. Not sure if anyone else remembers, but there was a slog back when Isabelle had started high school and there was a bullying incident and they took her out of school for the day? I’m sure that was after Creepy being exposed and I’d put good money on it that people at school found out.
Creepy has sadly damaged the entire reputation on the minghams, and I don’t think they’d ever send their kids back to school because of it

Looking for accessories to make the awning more private.- 🪑 Discussing buying comfortable sun loungers for the van.
Difference of opinion on which sun loungers to buy.- 🧊 Considering buying a cooler bag and ice packs.
Considering buying a pop-up bin for camping.
Discussing buying umbrellas for the beach but decide against it.
I'm on the edge of my seat to find out if they ever buy a cooler bag or beach umbrellas!
They remained in school for a good while after the allegations. I think the private school fees were their main reason for taking the girls out in the end. Not a chance they'd admit to £25k a year being a massive stretch for them and put the kids back in state schools so discovering a passion for home education was their only option really.
They give such a bad impression of home educating if they were your only source of information

Awful as the useless Creepy one is - what an absolute condescending witch that woman is. I don’t condone domestic violence but there’s many a man would have planted her for less. How he tolerates her I will never know. I wouldn’t harm a fly but could make an exception and repeatedly swat her down.

Clearly, Zero/nada/zilch homeschooling being carried out, with trips to B&M and Home Bargains to buy hammy hamster dooovet covers while all 5 children are being left at home. Imagine being in school and the teacher rocks up at lunchtime like a G and runs down to the nearest Mall for the afternoon while you colour in an 'independently selected worksheet'. Parental criminal neglect.
