On 9th June 2022 North Lincolnshire Council stated "Within 3 months of the date of this permission, details shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority of how the staircase will be screened to protect neighbouring amenity. Within 6 months of details being agreed, the screen shall be erected and thereafter retained.
So by 9th September not only do details of the screening need to be submitted but they also have to be agreed in writing by the local planning authority by the same date.
