I guess I’m different that if I saw my boss with his abusive behavior which has been well documented by other people and created a toxic work environment I’d leave. I’ve done it before, granted I didn’t have access to cupcake parties and roller coaster previews.
Not everyone is financially secure enough to just up and leave a job just like that. Furthermore, people can want to leave but just can't find another job that pays well enough, or is something they'd like to do... so days lead to weeks lead to years in the same place (even if toxic).

The only person here at fault for EVERYTHING VILE and DIGUSTING is PETE WERNER. End of.
Until I learn otherwise, I'm placing 99.99% of all blame on him and not faulting anyone else.

An escort has terms and conditions that they set and aren’t to be abused, mentally, and physically. I’m not sure why that would be a hindrance to you? If it is, that needs to be changed in the law.
It wouldn’t be a law or anything, it’s just a random set of 12 people who have one side saying this was an escort and the other saying they agree but this was different just isn’t going to win.

I was told I was over my statute of limitations but also if I wasn’t, I have to be objective, it would be a tough sell.

I always used to joke that people say ‘and that person can vote’ because they think they are stupid or whatever, but I always say ‘no, that person can serve on a jury.’ If someone was on trial right now, Pete could easily be a juror for you and Pete believes what he believes and you never know what a person like that will see in you that they want to condemn. There’s a lot of people like that as well, so that was the thought process there for me.

Odds are good that at least 1 out of 12 jurors will have some judgmental opinions about a former escort. Especially one who's a gay male.

In my case, Pete would request a jury trial and the minute escort comes up, I lose. I’ve accepted that but Dustin might have a shot and I can support the testimony.

The only thing of Pete’s I would want is his dogs.
I figured you'd covered all the bases. The justice system in this country is highly imperfect, and not victim-centric. I wouldn't blame anyone who decided no amount of money was worth the emotional toll of a court case. Especially when the outcome is almost guaranteed to be unfavorable.

Those dogs, though. They might be worth it, if that were an option.

First time poster, long time lurker. WDWNTTV's opening bit tonight is definitely a dig at Pete.

After being on jury duty, I learned always pick a Judge trial!

It was worth a watch, even if you're not fond of Tom.
I watched the first 5 minutes and it was all about the earnings report. Never mind, it wasn't the news show, it was the show with Nick LoCiero. Very entertaining dig... "What would I do? Gamble it away?"

Some of the superchats being read outloud were very Pete-focused and there was another reference to gambling with your AMEX.

I broke my rule of not supporting anything Tom Corless does and had to watch the opening. Ouch! There was no pussyfooting around on that one, straight to the punch on the dig.

I'm not a Tom Corless fan - like most of these youtube people, he thinks far too much of himself.
I have liked a few of his live streams though, so can't say I hate him.

The intro to the show tonight was very funny.

Ryno is a liberal and therefore, to some people, he's scum. It's pretty much that simple.
For over a decade anyone who questioned or remarked about the abuse, bullying, or harassment was censored or banned. I don’t believe for a second that anyone who stepped into that studio didn’t know.

Look at the fans as well. They love that Pete said what they could never dare say themselves. He reminds me of the orange monster. The audible gasps and uncomfortable laughter was obvious during many shows, but ANYONE who questioned it afterward either was bullied themselves or banned.

I was thinking the same thing.
