Whenever I start thinking about the AirBnB business, the beach house brings IJ's other house(s) to mind, but I didn't mean to imply that she has any right to the profits of IJ's own assets. My bad.

I just read the numbers mentioned for the bnb last year. I really don’t believe them. What are the odds that a place in the middle of know where is able to attract so many visitors. Even those that worship at her feet. I doubt it was so many. All smoke and mirrors. Just another way to justify her spending. But that could back fire as patrons are beginning to ask why does she need their contribution to fund the HMN
@Albee I can’t remember if she said people or nights when she quoted numbers. I think she could easily have achieved this from patreons. I mean the Americans who bought a chateau - party of 3 x 2 nights - 6 covers already. Then Jason, Stewart fly undone, gay pastor plus one, strange mini mouse lady, random gay couples, Mr &Mrs LaLande - easily another 20 covers.

La Jolla (where I believe their house is) is one of the nicest places to live in California, a very wealthy area on the coast. Her mom seems the type who needs to be envied and viewed as a top 1%er. I don't think she'll get the same attention in France as she was getting in her upscale Cali lifestyle. I think they will very much regret that move.
All good advice to MPK. Nobody wants to see a car crash due to mental health issues. I’ve felt uncomfortable watching MPK for a long time (I work in mental health). Unfortunately, while he has capacity to make unwise choices, his family can do little to stop him vlogging his chaotic/unwise lifestyle. YouTube is not a good place for him, I don’t think.
The yellow dress would look good on black skin. Black skin looks amazing next to all vibrant colours, white skin as pale as SJ does not do well with bright yellow, no matter how much she loves it!

He actually went out of his way to suggest that he did, probably because SJ wanted to believe it was made especially for her, which is why we proved him wrong by digging up the pictures of the other women wearing it. To now claim we "assumed" what he meant, is just twisting the facts for his benefit, an old trick in their playbook, they can not but treat themselves to.

I know for a fact this isn't true. Her body, like almost all of us, has some pretty weird shapes and she almost always needs adjustments.

Her words "fully booked" must, as always, be taken with a pinch of salt. If she feels like a party coming up, or just wants a bit of privacy, she closes down the b&b as if it's fully booked. She only accepts guests on Friday and Saturday anyway. Considering her b&b I think the takeaway should be that she doesn't need an income from that anymore and because it involves so much work she will choose to be "fully booked" as much as possible, especially when she's not.

The apartment is most definitely not the grandmother's, but IJ's. She wanted a place close to her mother for when she visited, without having to stay somewhere less private. Since the grandmother died, nobody has been to the apartment. The only thing SJ likes about it is the money it will make once it's sold.
SJ used to rent out the beach house through airbnb and could keep all the revenue made this way. IJ rented it out through a different agent and made far less. Not sure what the current deal is, who gets the rent and who pays for maintenance. Oh wait, Jarvisses don't do maintenance, do they?
