They will have it during deliberation. Once you go in that room you can't leave unless you have a verdict to give, or if the judge decides to let you leave and continue the next day.

What are the other two charges
I was on a jury and we deliberated for 6 days, we were allowed to ask the usher for a fresh air break if needed which we usually did twice a day, and would all get herded into the car park and watched to make sure we didn't do anything lol
Yeah mine was the same, they let you out for small air breaks but you have to be escorted.
I've never done jury duty. I know so many people that have though.

nope! The jury might take all day to make a decision and it might go over to tomorrow, and then it doesn’t mean he’s automatically sentenced.
Usually somebody would be sent away for a period of time for them to create pre-sentence reports, somebody might come back after 4 to 6 weeks for example to get sentenced. It can happen on the same day, but not always it’s really hit and miss. Even if the jury come back with a guilty this afternoon he might end up going home and coming back at a later date and then we will be seeing lots of obnoxious posts in the meantime I’m sure!
If he's found guilty but has to come back at a later date for sentencing, can measures and restrictions be put in place or not? Like blocks on him using social media etc

If the bother Danny Bear didn’t assist the police investigation then he’s exactly as scummy and lacking in morals and integrity as I think he is.
He may not be publicly supporting Bear now but I feel like he’s drawn the line at telling the truth which would screw Bear over.
