Interesting how a female barrister can defend someone like him... but then I always think just how can anyone be a defence lawyer for people that are quite clearly scum? It baffles me.

It’s just a job, and an important part of the justice system. He’s entitled to a fair trial, we all would be. She’s clutching at straws, she’s not trying incredibly hard, so far. You’d be surprised she’s probably speaking kindly to Georgia.

See if I was a defence solicitor I would defend anyone on the basis of everyone has a right to a fair trial and if someone can't get a fair defence there's no fair trial which would mean they would get away with what they've done.

I dont have much respect for that barrister for starters, as a woman defending that piece of tit. Although looking at the prosecution, this Gemma rose hasn't got a chance 🤞.
She can't be that good anyway if she seemingly can't even advise twatto to stay off sm and stop goading the witness 🤦‍♀️
I want last nights post to be brought up and hear the defenses explanation for that one!!

They are Duty-bound to defend, if asked .... however ; do they go the' whole-hog' , in that instance? ......
