Ah here - Since Shivers is all about maths let’s make it simple for her
Quantity of Posts > Quality of Posts.

If you’re Reading this shiv - that’s a less-than sign it’s used to denote an inequality between two values 😂
Thats the greater than sign 🙈🙈🙈🙈

Here's some emails I've been having over and back with her for the craic. Hi Siobhán
Me "loving your emails, just a bit confused, are you for or against mfp?"
Reply "sorry if it was confusing but I suppose if you replace 'counting calories' with 'using mfp' it might make more sense. I think it's an important tool to learn things but shouldn't be relied on forever.
Me" thanks for the reply but I'm still confused, I really want to sign up for your plan but to track, weigh and measure every morsel or not? I think I eat well but like the odd drink, I go for the lower calorie option but loose willpower when drinking and would eat the house. Can your program help with that? "
Reply" this is where the program can really help. It sounds like you are eating too little which results in you eating too much. By tracking for a few weeks you can trust your body to consume more and still be in a deficit. We encourage flexibility, as I also love a drink and would hate for people to get results in a way they can't keep up. "
Me" why am I getting your emails? "
Reply" sorry I don't understand your question "
Me" I unsubscribed from these ramblings years ago and now I'm getting them again without subscribing. I just asked you a few questions about the furnace but all of your answers are contradictory "
Reply" ah I just searched your name and realised that you have been trolling me! No bother - I've blocked you again on here and I've already blocked you on Instagram but feel free to get in touch again if you are bored with your day " 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Jesus her face is so red. Her blood pressure has to be sky high.
Yep you can really see it. Also her carpet is so manky because she obviously comes in and stomps all over it after strolling 30k steps through London.

And then does yoga on it 🤢

Those of us with carpets know - shoes off at the door.

Today’s email.

Subject : I’m so tired 🫢

TLDR : I’m broke, rent is due, I’m on a meltdown.

Hello from the other side!

I was so glad I went to Tomorrowland in the end. It was so fun!!

I left all the glitter and bum bags in the hotel room, and I am now sitting on my couch in London in my new ugg slippers and I couldn't be happier.

I wasn't expecting to be this tired a few days after though.

It's so hard to motivate yourself to do anything when you're tired.

But I know how I want to feel, and that is productive and healthy.

So today I went to the gym to move my body, I ate nutritious food (and a magnum), I did lots of work... and I am sending this email.

This is a terrible email.

Some of them are great, but this one is not.

But I am sending it anyway, because it's not about being perfect - it's about being consistent.

If I waited until it was perfect, I wouldn't be able to tell you there are 5 days left of the summer sale on The Furnace.

I know coming into the bank holiday, that the last thing you are thinking about is signing up to a training program.

But it is so much more than that.

I just had the most amazing call with a client who completed The Furnace, and did the old version this year.

Both journeys were completely different for her and I'm so proud of how much her relationship has improved with her body.

If you want help with this, you can join until Monday at 25% off (It's supposed to run until Sunday but I know some of you will want to sign up on a bank holiday monday - it's always a popular day!)

Click the button below to join for only €66.75 per month instead of €89 from next week!

If you have any questions, please reply to this and I will get back to you before Monday so you don't miss out!

Thanks for reading,

Siobhan "retired from festivals" O'Hagan

You are amazing. She’s absolutely full of tit.

I also imagine the last answer is the same one the Data Protection Commissioner would get from her!

I genuinely couldn’t tell if that was satire or not. And to be honest, I still can’t.

Why doesn't she have a yoga mat as well? She does no work, she has Amazon Prime, and she lives in LONDON where there were many, many shops the last time I checked. Every absolutely basic task seems to be treated as if she's being asked to crack cold fusion.

She actually looks like a meth addict
I think she is definitely 2 large glasses of wine in on those stories. Her eyes are rolling back into her head!! And she is taking complete nonsense! And she keeps mauling her eye socket!

That whole thing was disturbing. Why was she even posting that ramble?!? And when she should have been getting herself set up for her live with clients (only work she's done in weeks, it seems) in 18 minutes. I had a Zoom for work this evening and tried to make sure I looked presentable beforehand, had laptop ready to go, notepad ready etc. Wasn't ráiméising like some poor old woman on a street corner

Is this real?? If it is such a bullshitting beggy mitchell.

She's sitting there covered in her own skin flakes rambling absolute nonsense whilst watching Saving Private Ryan.

Like hello, should she not be prepping for the call and reviewing some of the attendees performance to provide targetted insights. I despise her, she gives 0 fucks.

Genuinely don't understand why anyone would sign up to the Furnace when:
A) She doesn't follow the Furnace plan
B) She doesn't personally train you
C) She doesn't frequently train herself
D) Her diet is takeaways & alcohol
E) Her figure is no longer aspirational
F) You can join a gym & get free advice for less

The mind boggles 🤯 Bets are, nobody is signing up
