Now imagine being one of the neighbouring businesses in there trying to make a living. Paying thousands in rent and renovations as you dream of being your own boss. Trying to ply your trade whilst she "plies her trade" next door. Then she leaves, having not paid rent, and you're left to try and sort your own business.

FYI I did not have one of those businesses but I know plenty who did, her behaviour makes my blood boil.
