She just doesn't understand how to care or look after anyone. I myself spent 3 days on a chair in an emergency department in Ireland due to a chronic illness and my partner who's 30 stayed by my side the whole time and not once did he complain about not having a bed or a private room. When you or someone you love is really sick you're just glad to be getting help.

I hope it's okay that I ask you a genuine question I have been hoping to get some clarity on, since you have said you literally supported her both by engaging with her content and buying her products.
How did it make you feel as a fan and a follower when she would get on her stories and rant, calling her followers who sent her DMs stupid, witches, idiots, and when she would give you all the middle finger repeatedly?
And how did you feel when she would reply to comments sarcastically, or make a snarky remark, or doxx another follower she didn't agree with?
I really have wondered for the longest time if her stans noticed how often she called the people who were bankrolling her idiots and laugh at them as though they were beneath her.
Did you see it when you were a proper fan? Did her rotten attitude show or were you so wrapped up in the bubble of fake positivity that you didn't realise that middle finger was at you, her fans?
Would appreciate any insight I could get on this, from you or any other longtime followers who wish to comment. It genuinely has puzzled me for the longest time, because if anyone I supported called me an idiot or a witch, I would have immediately cut them out.

I can honestly say i never once saw or heard this. What made me click tonight was when i saw the stories of her in hospital and it struck a nerve because ive been the parent in hospital fighting for my daughters life, i barely had a minute spare to let my own family know how things were going because i was so worried about her, i managed a bulk post on my fb to update everyone, but stories were out of the question. So seeing her moan about not having her own room, a bed, etc it felt quite honestly just gross. But I can hand on heart say that I never saw her abuse her followers or badmouth them.

I would definitely say she’s bought these followers… considering she’s been losing hundreds a day (and I’ve seen posts across multiple platforms calling her out today, so I’m sure she lost a lot today aswell), to have positive 800 followers would probably be closer to upward of 1000 followers gained to today, (to make up for lost ones too), which I just don’t think would of happened… she’s been bored in hospital all day, she 100% went and got herself some followers (maybe with the money she made from promoting the tropeka wrapper today lol)

I feel like you may you work in social media or related field (I do it as a side gig) but I constantly have to remind myself that 90% of the audience will see 1/3 of what I post so while two call outs for X in a fortnight may seem like overkill for me, it probably barely registers with the audience because there's so much content out there. From the sounds of things it's probably similar with the Stan's who only see some posts/ stories or even if they're more hardcore they won't read all the comments. They tend to be very very very friendly with staff overly involved and not acting like their hospital trip is a hassle, they want the attention caused by their sick child

The increase in follower count isn't surprising, even the engagement here has picked up as we are all concerned for the health of Malcolm and getting an update.

I agree, I strangely think people like content featuring sick kids, whether it’s to follow their journey, support the parent(s), or really I have no idea.. another acc I follow her son was diagnosed with cancer very recently and in the space of maybe a month since the diagnosis her followers grew from 4K to 45k..OMG I didn’t know about the Wiki… just clicked on it! Also, I mentioned in the last thread that I swear MKT’s name is marketing/branding, but I was so rattled from listening to their podcast on managing conflict podcast episode that I spiralled a little and struggled to explain my perspective. So going back through her posts I have seen that Malakai has been mentioned before. (My apologies if this has already been discussed).
