She was the only one (EK defending DP). Elsewhere Sali's best pal @selfpromoting wondered if there were pig farms in Isleworth on the day DP was filming in isleworth. Nice. It's all there 2009-2011 if you search her name gang and some variant of Dawn Porter DP etc. with Sali very much included and responded to but with her nastiness swiped from the record! Which makes her a hypocrite.

On the subject of Mumsnet, I remember seeing a few pages back (sorry, can't remember who posted) that one of he people who rushed to support Sally on twitter was that Clem Hooper/Mother of Daughters who, incidentally, had her Instagram temporarily suspended a while ago over lack of clarity when using her kids to flog stuff on social media. As far as I remember, the whole furore started on a thread on MN, didn't it? (glad to be corrected).

No, MOD deactivated her account herself after she got ripped to shreds over slagging Kim Kardashian off. It wasn’t suspended by IG.

If you go back a few pages there's some detail on the Dawn O'Porter thing. Basically, back in 2009 or so IIRC, Sally and her mates used to make fun and laugh about DOP on twitter, nicknamed her "Prawn" - rhymes with Dawn, so funny! *cringes* - and apparently Emma Kennedy who used to take part in it distanced herself from all that and stood up to them subsequently being thrown out of the "gang"

That’s what I don’t understand about her now saying a friend caused trouble. Her tweets were there for Dawn to see so why would Dawn fall for the friend caused trouble excuse?

I saw Sali's video and felt awful and thought she had been subjected to something terrible. Some of the comments on here are 'unkind' but nothing like she is claiming. Years ago on GTL she did have a habit of coming onto the page and telling everyone if she had had a spat on Twitter and everyone would go and defend her. The DP stuff is pretty awful. If she hasn't looked at these pages how does she know what has been said? It does seem like she got caught out stalking and panicked. As for IK, bloody hell 'E' is a violent thug with convictions for violence. Oh, can anyone tell me where the 'crying video is'. I've only been able to find her statement one.

I don't think Dawn fell for anything,I think they possibly now have a polite public relationship and Dawn zoomed off to LA and married her movie star so has bigger fish to fry. Did the friend make Sali post the nasty tweets? She must think people are stupid if we're meant to believe that load of nonsense!

I can't find it now,it wasn't up for long before being taken down. It was so dramatic it was ridiculous.

Ah, the lying mutual friend. It's always someone else's fault, Sali just mindlessly went along for the bullying ride, instead of finding out the truth for herself.

The amount of eye opening information collected recently regarding the behaviour on Twitter of Sally* and her old crone crew over the years could provide an interesting read.

This small base (containing women of a little power) react to opinions they deem unacceptable in a most unseemly manner.

They did an "In the Bathroom", didn't they. I suspect a few influencers will be keeping their heads down as they don't want to get involved.

It may also be that she doesn't like her, of course. Who knows?

Oh wow, thanks Victoria for the explaination, i've been wanting to know what all this is about for ages. This actually makes me want to buy DE products now! CH is a self important, condecending, vindictive hole. Glad someone sees through her.

If I was a YouTuber I would want to distance myself from her. In a way it is a shame the way so many of the people I initially liked years and years ago have shown themselves to be wankers. A few have remained credible and decent not that many though. They get too caught up in their own hype. I think that has happened to Sali. She was a writer but I think she now thinks she is a minor celebrity. Being friends with people who work for the BBC and who work in a creative field has confused her into thinking that she too is a big fish who should answer to no one. #deluded #restingbitchface #lipstickliteratureliberalism

Yeah. Sorry if this sounds all pollyanna but I just feel so.. disappointed and let down by all of this. The bullying, blatant lies, the lack of transparency, everything. Stabbing other women in the back to get on. It's all so bloody nasty.

Now you mention it, Sali’s excuse that “a friend turned me against Dawn” doesn’t quite account for all the other people who gladly got involved. Maybe it was a mob mentality that got out of hand, especially with a big enough ringleader egging people on, but it’s amazing how badly that group behaved, all egging each other on.

Joining here after seeing the instarant. I was a complete little Colin sheep but unfollowed SH on insta a few months back when it became sooooo obvious she'd had surgery and botox and was lying about it. She was also really rude to me on the GTL page more than once.
