I've not tried that. I do use whey protein when I am lifting, but I've been too tired and sore for that for weeks now. I don't eat a lot of meat, so probably my protein intake is around 40mgHave you tried upping protein in your diet. I’ve found it’s really helped with the symptoms you describe in the last few months. Supplement with powder protein collagen and aim for 60g a day between food and the supplement. Michael Douglas the hairdresser had a very informative live in his IG with a hair loss specialist specialist a few months ago and she talked at length about aiming at that amount of protein for hair health. I find my joints and overall energy much better too.
ETA: I do take collagen peptides when I remember as well
