RVKLoves #7 Freya’s cold, content’s getting old, how can someone so tight take so many flights?

I have a 4 week old baby...first baby and I'm having a really really rough time of it at the moment. Feeding is so hard, sleep is a thing of the past and I can barely get out of the house. I've just looked back through her feed from post Freya and it is soul destroying to see how she seems to have breezed through the newborn stage and was out all the time having picnics and lunch dates. I've eaten all 3 of my meals under a screaming baby today. I find it so hard that she overshares all the amazing times and then hints at occasionally finding things tough but then doesn't talk properly about it. She would be so much more relatable if she shared the bad stuff... it would really help people.
Your doing great and echoing what has been said things get better, it took until week nine for me to feel human...I made a sandwich and probably loaded the washing machine {{{winning}}} I found by actually keeping it real and telling people if I was having a tit day really helpful, my other new baby friends began being more honest too. Instagram is so unrelatable lately, big hug!

Spoilt brat

If anything makes me not want to buy the liberty of london advent calendar (as well as the price) its the fact they gave her one for free.
That was her “meeting” at Liberty’s the other week. Remember that trip? The tears? That stressful trip to collect her loot, no other reason.

“ I know you are all asking”

And she posted it as an Ad masquerading as a public service announcement. The picture in her profile is bizarre. Her, with a bent head standing in front of strangers’ doorways, holding a bunch of flowers. What’s it all about Grabecca?

I can totally relate and please believe me, it gets better. And Grabby is all about the fakery. Remember she has her husband and mother at her beck and call to whisk the baby away so she can set up her perfect (or not, she still can’t edit a photo to get the horizon straight) photos or get her nails done or go off for a nap. Most normal new mothers don’t have that luxury. She takes everything for granted and has no idea what the real world is like.
Her putting up a post for the Wave of Light is just one example of her having no clue. She jumps on the bandwagon (for want of a better phrase for this poignant event) but has no true compassion or true notion as to what the Wave of Light really means to so many of us. Please please please don’t let her get you down, it’s all such utter fakery.
100% bandwagon. Shes never lost a child and has no clue, no empathy, couldnt give a damn about others. This has been apparent now for many years.

She’d never bleeping spend that money herself and if she’s reading here, you’re kidding yourself Grabby. Preying on vulnerable people who believe your little perfect insta life because you never tell the truth or elaborate on the bad times. Get real, be a real human. You’re making people feel tit about themselves.

She should be ashamed of herself, honestly the amount of stuff she is gifted when they should clearly be able to afford it based on how much she brags (still believe they have little money and it's all smoke and mirrors) then to accept a £215 bloody advent calendar and link it to make bloody money off it when she never puts her hands in her own pocket makes my blood boil!

I hope to god her daughter rebels against it all growing up, life isn't all glossy and rosy love, get a grip and live in the real world for a day!

The baby loss awareness post straight after one about a free £215 advent calendar is so insensitive. She was obviously paid to do the ad for Liberty so she had to post, but it’s really bad timing.
nope the scary thing is, she was gifted the calendar so doesn’t need to story it at all. I’m sure it could have waited a day or two.

They go on sale today so it would be part of the gifted process to advertise last night

Then does a Wave of Light with no right too just because it’s “fashionable”
Damn disgrace to sisterhood Rebecca - hope you can look yourself in the mirror

I hate it when people jump on the bandwagon! It was the same with mental health day. I’ve had a miscarriage and I suffer with my mental health but didn’t post about either. But then I’m not an influencer looking for likes......🤦🏼‍♀️

I don’t know why she gets an advent calendar she’s not even a beauty blogger/expert. She won’t talk about the products in it or how to use them or experiment with them. She’s literally not into anything in a way that’s in depth enough to be a specialist influencer in it.

Imagine your idea of a bad day at work being a trip to London where the heavens open and you get caught in a rain shower whilst juggling the logistics of a 3 month old {side note you also have your Mum on hand for unlimited assistance and you get to hang out in Liberty for an entire afternoon....all so you can wangle yourself a freebie £250 advent calendar...} And then post about what an ordeal of a day it was with tears aplenty so you can generate some sympathetic content....

Meanwhile there are Nurses and Doctors, Midwives and Paramedics and countless other health care workers across the country whose idea of a bad day is that someone, god forbid....actually died whilst in their care...

There are police and fire officers who face life and death situations daily but sadly have faced events where their colleagues have been lost in the line of duty...they are very bad days.

And there are many other professions which I’m sure I have omitted where people up and down the nation work hours beyond what they are paid for and still go home unable to sleep at night because they’ve had stuff go wrong, and they put it down to a bad day.

Shame all these folk don’t get a nice little advent calendar to soften the blows of bad days eh?

But don't worry because it's all so stressful she's going on holiday soon!

Well said. I’m a carer and I’ve sat with countless people as they took their last breath. I’ve fought to get them the best care and attention. I’ve laid awake at night wondering if I’ve done enough and were their final hours as peaceful as I hoped. This is why I have absolutely no sympathy and patience with Grabby. She’s a little girl playing at being an adult and I pity her

Can I ask why people think its not ok to light a candle for baby loss if you havent experienced a loss?
My mother never experienced baby loss yet lights her candle, I know many people on my Facebook havent suffered a loss either and posted
I find it comforting and really nice that people will take the time to join in the wave of light

It’s absolutely fine it’s just some people do it for all the wrong reasons that’s all
