Also how much will she ram into their days to have dinner cooked AND eaten by 5pm? She'll have to start getting them up at 3.30.

One of the well known risks of intermittent fasting is it can increase the risk of eating disorders. She is doesn’t drink alcohol, caffeine and eats very healthily. Why the need to fast…? Just screams
Does Benpecked finish eating by 5pm each day too? Does he now only ‘work’ part time so he can have his dinner at 4.30 every day?!!! She is totally crackers.

Why the duck does she need to fast? Isn't she 10x more healthy than everyone else already? Also of all the windows to eat in, 9-5 would be my absolute worst. What adult eats their dinner at 4.30?! I'd go to bed with my stomach grumbling constantly if I ate at that time.

Grabby setting up the perfick shot for the 'gram, but she knows we will zoom in on the worktops. Just in the nick of time she uses that fugly brush to sweep away the evidence of her gamminess. Then glowing with pride at her level of detail, forgets to keep the brush out of shot.

She’d be better eating at 7 like a normal adult then holding off on breakfast til maybe 10 if she wants to do intermittent fasting. Due to the amount of steps she probably does traipsing round with kilos of toddlers strapped to her she really doesn’t need to fast, a doctor looking at her current diet, exercise & BMI would likely tell her she’s fine exactly as she is.

I mean, they use a kitchen aid. So once the ingredients are weighed, what exactly does Freya do? She chucks the ingredients into the mixer, and maybe scoops it out into the baking tin. But in Grabby’s eyes that means she baked the cake herself

So this is how I think it goes in Sterling Towers, Grabby‘s latest titbit has given us quite the insight…

I think she eats at 5pm with the children, puts Frah to bed and I think she then goes up to bed with Waffy in her bedroom at 7ish And they both sleep in there… Unless he genuinely does sleep in his corridor of neglect?

Then I think Benjamino sits up, watching his “boys tv” and browsing porn hub until retiring to the spare room.

Then Grabs springs out of bed at 5.30am ready for a bracing run round South Hemel / North Watford in the dark before she’s allowed to break her fast a 9am.

Ben does some more boys stuff e.g. WORK whilst Grabby pushes the world‘s largest buggy manically around to justify having some lunch.

So dreamy.
