I think I got them without being on either of these but I was a student so maybe whyI think you only get them free in Scotland if you are on a lower wage or universal credit?
Sorry just saw this! Need to read ahead before replying lolNah you get them free regardless of income/benefits in Scotland. Am on no universal credit etc and was given them.
