I agree about normal people thinking they are like influences. I've got a friend of a friend who uploads YouTube videos, and they are so dull I think it's just friends and family watch that kinda thing because they feel obligated to, but not something that's gonna be watched by thousands of folk.

I accidentally clicked on a live the other day of a girl I know talking about her health issues. Not to be dismissive but usual questionable chronic pain stuff (I know some people genuinely live in hell with chronic pain but come on we all know that one woman...) Felt so awkward as it was only me and another person watching so I sat through the whole 20 minutes. Full on crying, the lot. Actually cannot deal with people like that. I think you'll find people hostile because your account was set up on Wednesday, you've seemingly come from nowhere specifically to say that the boys' Mum is no saint. Basically, it felt like you came on, out of the blue, to say 'Shut the fuck up, you all know nothing!'

Any parent who has a child in school SURELY knows or has been told at parents evening at some point (bearing in mind Betsy has been in school for 11 years) that the best thing they can do to get ahead is read. I was told this by my daughter’s reception teacher 7 years ago and it’s repeated endlessly online if you’re looking to help your children learn.

Yes, books are great and being read aloud to by parents is excellent also, but that’s the advice in normal times. Spellings, times tables, writing practise and other essential skills still do need working on whilst they’re off school. Obviously not to the point where anyone is getting stressed but tbh Rachel has no need to be stressed, she’s just a lazy bitch who thinks throwing money at a problem solves it.

None of us are without faults and I’m sure if I put myself in the public eye and sold my soul to the devil (i.e started monetising my children/taking money to pretend I’ve used a product) I too would have a thread on here. There are certain aspects of everyone’s personality that other people won’t like, that’s life, and sites like tattle give you the chance to voice that. So guess what, I would never do these things ever. Not only because it’s not in my nature to use my children and broadcast my life but because I don’t want people commenting on my life. Peace of mind is more valuable to me than any amount of money I could get promoting wireless headphones or ryvita. I can sleep at night knowing that people aren’t discussing me and my kids on an internet forum, nobody is questioning how I can afford £300 coats or how I pay my rent using money donated by members of the public under the guise of ‘domestic abuse’. I don’t want to be picked apart or praised by people that don’t know me, must be an awful atmosphere in their house. I feel for the kids.
