It was when they were first engaged. There was a picture by the Castle, which I can't find now. The enagement pic was probably on DisneyParks stories, but I clearly remember the Aulani picture being used in soical media, as well. Shop Diseny also used to send him gift cards and Bianca special ears, etc. He was making a pretty good relationship with them. That's why he is so bitter.
Also, let's not forget how Disney used his fake crying at his first sight of the Millennium Falcon on one of their shows about Galaxy's Edge.

It was when they first started doing the Capture Your Magic Moment (something like that) where you get a Photopass photographer to yourself for a half hour/hour. It could also be a school attendance/zoning issue. Maybe her father lives in a better school zone so she spends a majority with him to be closer to school. Or dad could have fought the vlogging on camera and convinced the judge to grant him custody.

Anybody check out his second channel? First video did pretty well and then the second hasn't hit 1K views in over a week. I'm wondering if that already killed his motivation to regularly upload on there.
