I feel very sorry for her and pray she gets the help she needs to turn her life around. A family member died at a similar age this year due to alcohol abuse.

There are no excuses but when you’re in denial you think people don’t know you have a problem and only you can see it, a lot of alcoholics don’t own their actions and put the blame on others , may be the case in her situationAlthough I do have sympathy for her I have no sympathy for drink driving. I’m sure that could’ve been any family here during the troubles ,kids were sent all over the world to stay with host families, nobody even knew who they were beforehand, they just signed up and off you went, one of my friends went to New York for a couple of months, we were just talking about how it would never happen now it was madness when you think about it.Completely of topic!
