Yeah I think she’s right - it’s all catching up with her now. In the beginning, she had everyone’s support, moved into a new home, launched a skincare line, and was excited for her new life. Now reality is setting in.

Failed tinder hookups, living in an apartment alone, going back into lockdown with winter approaching. What’s she going to do if she can’t go to yoga and pose for photos in cafés everyday? That’s her entire personality.

What's with these basic quasi-spiritual girls always putting the blame on the moon, Mercury retrograde, or their star signs. Such a convenient way to avoid taking personal responsibility for your circumstances.

Mm-hmm, entirely agree. I feel like it’s a shortcut way to determining somebody’s intelligence. So, Niomi... really not the brightest bulb in the box.

It's very clear that she's been keeping herself busy as a distraction from her breakup by going out and doing things constantly (which would normally be v natural) - HOWEVER I live in London and I can't believe how irresponsible she is to go to cafes every morning, go to the gym/yoga immediately after/go on dates/go out with friends. I literally am going out and socialising at MOST twice a week. Not three times a day! London moving into tier 2 means she can't do any of those things, and she also can't have people over now she lives by herself. I'm not surprised she's overwhelmed, as she probably knows reality is about to drop punch denial firmly out of view any minute now.

YES. Tier 2 will be torture for Niomi. Sure her and her little buddies are going to break the rules, though.

I hope that London polices it properly -- i.e. asks for ID with your address on it.

The sun has set on Niomi wearing lingerie on a cold evening to an influencer dinner.

She's been a massive contributor to Tier 2 lockdown happening no doubt. She's one of those awful examples. Sure she's run off to mummy/Daisy May on Friday.

100% agree. She's a prime example of someone who does the bare minimum to help curb the spread of covid - unable to make ANY sacrifices in terms of cutting down on socialising (just what's the point of life if you can't go out and mingle 7 days a week?!   ), unnecessary trips on public transport when there are people who actually have to use it for work, her and her acquaintances push it to the absolute limit of what you can do legally during the pandemic 'OOoh but bojo didn't say I can't have 50 baby showers back to back with 5 people each hehehe'.
They just ruin it for sensible people.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She even said "Love this idea!"

Like, that's a sneaky and slimy way to go on being selfish. Does Boris REALLY have to spell out every single scenario? Common sense = 0 with this one.

I doubt she'll be Instagramming her out with people as she lives alone. Really hoping if she does go out one of us Londoners will catch her in the act.

The alternative is being responsible for your own actions. Not her strong point.

I think the 10hr a day yoga teacher thing is so they get the required hours in. 10 × 4 = 40hrs a week, x 5 = 200hrs, which is apparently the number of hours required to qualify, according to the provider's website (iirc).

That said, 10hrs a day of any exercise is pretty bleeping stupid. I would imagine that some of this time is spent on teaching theory, but that would actually make sense, so...
I looked up a random yoga instructor course and it includes all sorts of things, like human anatomy, yoga philosophy, yoga therapy and both learning and practicing teaching strategies. The schedule sample looks like this (Niomi's is not this exact one):

7.30 - 9.30 Morning Yoga Flow, Meditation and Breathing Techniques
9.30 - 10.15 Breakfast
10.15 - 12.30 Theory / Philosophy / Workshops / Practice Teaching
12.30 - 14.30 Lunch
14.30 - 16.45 Theory / Philosophy / Workshops / Practice Teaching
17.30 - 19.00 Evening Yoga Flow, Meditation and Breathing Techniques
19.30 - 21.00 Dinner

So it's not like she exercises 10 hours a day, but then the extra morning yoga class is really crazy. Maybe she wants to imply that she already knows all this and needs a 'real challenge' ? 🤷‍♀️

Two hours for lunch break!!

Man, this really is a course for people who don’t expect to do much with their lives, right?

When I compare this to the daily schedule I had back when I did my school teacher training, it’s just ridiculous.

4.5hours of eating is hardly a 10 hour course...

Any title suggestions for Niomi Smart #9?

Why does she need to tell us how early she wakes up? I couldn't give two shits.
this also drives me bleeping crazy. does anyone think she’s really driving this home almost as a like “this is when I wake up, lazy Joeyyyyyyy” bc we know how many jabs she took at the poor man for wanting a few hours of extra sleep on the weekend after a full ass tiring work week (the nerve of him amirite) & she often wouldn’t get her vlogs & her psychotic bank holiday 10kruns going til 8am (still early as duck esp for a weekend) bc of him so this is almost like a “I DIDN’T LIKE YOU OR YOUR LAZY 60 HOUR WORK WEEK WITH SUNDAY LIE INS LIFESTYLE ANYWAY THIS IS WHEN I GET UP *sticks tongue it like little kid*”

Dude, if it actually was ten hours of yoga, she’d be fine. Instead she has to use a brain and use critical thinking, which is the part she finds exhausting.
