Having been prescribed HRT yesterday- the dr went through all the do’s and don’ts etc. If you take continuous tablet and gel then you can end up with a lot of bleeding so then you can take the tablets etc for 2 weeks on and two weeks off. Some people just get a normal like period though on continuous which is then ok. It is bloomin confusing though especially when you need the HRT to hopefully make you feel like you can think for yourself again!!

Yes, Nadia and that 1/3+ of women are wrong.

However the remaining 2/3- of women have too much self respect to parade their saggy udders in filmsy tops for the wrong kind of attention, whatever their age. They've also probably made plans for how they will pay for life in their old age. I wonder if Nadia Sawalha will make use of her Freedom Pass when she receives it in a couple of years or if she'll continue to ask her chauffer, Mark Adderley, to keep burning #taxdeductible fuel instead of her walking the approx 10 metres to the bus stop?
