On CM today Nadia said her parents were coming over for her dad to film the NNSS and she had chocolate eclairs for them. The other week she had made a creamy chicken dish and was taking it over to them. Great food for a diabetic and supposedly now vegan man who is recovering from a stroke

Thank you for sharing the video and I’m sad that Xander has left too soon but I am pleased that he did stand up for what he believed in. I honestly don’t think he ever felt trolled as he was so forthright and strong. Just my option obvs. He clearly wasn’t a well man which is sad but why does N immediately mention Covid?

Mark seems just the same to me. I do though look at her and see such sadness in her eyes. I honestly think in my opinion again, that she doesn’t want to be with Mark. I feel that when he is calm and kind she’s ok and happy but he is so up, down and irritating and I can see absolute dread in her face. But, she can’t leave him because we all know the girls will side with him and she knows it too. She looks broken and exhausted to me. If I was her, he’d be gone. She only has one life and she needs to live it.
I never once look at her and see anything genuine, especially so when it comes to her fake 'sad/crying' face. The only genuine look which comes from her is her evil resting b****h face on LW if someone challenges her.

Whenever she goes on about homeopathy I laugh. Look, I get people being wary of what is called "Western Medicine," but it is that medicine that has discovered vaccines for horrible diseases, ways to manage or cure illnesses and have essentially made it possible for us to live longer and better lives. A consumer advocate show here did a segment on homeopathy treatments, took said treatments to a lab to see what was in them and the active ingredient was so small that they were essentially sugar pills. For all the bitching that homeopathic proponents do over Big Pharma, there is a lot of money being made from the homeopathic elixirs. Nadia says she broke out after Maddie's traumatic birth. It doesn't take a genius to realize that her issues were psychosomatic.

As far as not having a GP, that is insane. You need someone to be your point person who has a concise history of your health. These people are the ones who give you access to specialists if they can't help you. Honestly, the way she practically boasts about not seeing a doctor is maddening and moronic. 🤬

I think Leader Mark has created a horrible clique... infact they are the cruel trolls silencing our voices .😡
It’s like a school playground ... now us ‘rejects’ have form a friendly group where we can express ourselves they’re still not satisfied he and the sub have a mission to eradicate us of the planet! 🌍 F**ck Off
What I dont get is how all of a sudden hes had this so called diagnosis, and now everything is fine with him.Hes back doing CM like the last 2weeks didnt happen.I think there was duck all wrong with him other than his usual childish I want attention narcissistic way.You don't suddenly wake up the next day and feel fab, even on meds it would take a few weeks to kick in.Theyre a pair of bull shitters who lie through their teeth and the subs fall for every word that comes out their mouths.

Talking of lying through your teeth that is exactly, quite literally what old Nads does. She is an 'eccedentesiast' which means someone who hides their pain behind a smile
It is so irksome as she uses one of the most beautiful human gestures for manipulative trickery and endless deceit to cover up her real feelings. We all do it occasionally with Nads it's her go-to default setting.

I think it might be something to do with that course/psych degree he wanted to do to help alcoholics and he fail the interview coz he was too iractic and pompous and they said he couldn’t help others if he hadn’t sorted himself out... That made him depressed and now (mummy) Nardia is throwing cash at it to fix the problem. But neither of them really believe in medication so back at square one again.

I was blocked for calling him out on either political, geographical or historical (probably all 3😏) misinformation 😡 he just hates not being right but my list is long for nearly phd educated Manky’s expertise NOT ! I have some corkers Manky👋👋👋

I totally agree with this. In my mania phase I refused to take any meds and was pinned down and given a depot injection which is slow release. The meds I was given have taken nearly two years to get right and the psychiatrist said it would take three weeks to properly get in my system at the start and at each drug change. It took a good number of sessions to be diagnosed and even required input from my family and friends.

You don’t realise you are in mania in the true mania and he just has not been acting like he is mania on all the lives. I’ve watched 6 months worth now but can’t stand them anymore.

I think he’s read on here what I put about hypermania and decided he can make some money out of all of this like other tattlers have said.

I’m still doubtful of the bipolar II diagnosis as his cycles are far too quick. The genetic link is rubbish. How many things can he blame on Di?

Whatever happened to good old midlife crisis combined with narcissism and attention seeking?. He’s just a big baby that has never grown up.

It is a big difference between trolling an posting a legitimate contribution to a discussion, even if controversial.M and N use the word trolling incorrectly as they use it towards people with differing opinions

Doesn’t look like this latest depressive episode has had any effect on his sex drive 😳 He was almost m@@terbating when she started talking about naturists and how she’d thought of getting naked this morning before anyone else was up. His face was so creepy, like a dirty old man 🤢

Thankyou so much @Hopscotch!!!

As for Mark's diagnosis, it's absolutely no suprise and I still think it's only the tip of the iceberg re Marks issues.. The diagnosis sadly didn't explore his narcissistic behaviour as the Sawalha-Adderleys will have sat together lying that they are totally happy and in love 🙄

Below are some of the symptoms of ADD, I imagine Mark was only in the room a couple of minutes for the Dr to be able to easily diagnose him!!! 😂

I imagine he'll use his diagnosis to justify his overtalking for the rest of his life! 🙄

Symptoms of ADD
- Does not seem to listen when spoken to directly
- Talks excessively
- Blurts out answers before questions are completed
- Trouble waiting your turn
- Interrupts or butts into conversations
I work in mental health diagnosis, and a joint diagnosis of ADD AND bipolar 2 is usually only given after one diagnosis has been established and stabilised, as a lot of ADD symptoms are so similar to mania and there can be so much crossover. If ADD looked like the primary diagnosis a combination of ADD and depression is more common, as initially the mania of bipolar 2 can be wrongly characterised as ADD.

Obviously I'm not treating Mark, 'nor talking about his diagnosis, just about two diagnoses that are bizarre to diagnose together; especially after one session, without the symptoms of the primary diagnosis being stabilised, when so many symptoms would fall under either diagnosis.

It's so bizarre.

@Alexandria's approach is what I call real courageous behaviour. Taking responsibility for one's mental health which includes the pain and patience it takes. Well done and I hope your health continues to improve.
And this is the Mank 'performing' in the middle of his traumatic 'episode'.
I fear he's been taking 'acting' lessons from her indoors

Can I just ask how does the doctor know that Mark is sooo intelligent if they have only just met him.
What a load of codswallop. He's (well Nadia has) paid a quack to tell him how intelligent and brave he is and has been given the green light to carry on with his SM addiction as "it can help". Talking in long words, waving a pen about does not make you intelligent, they are both very stupid people imo.
He's also been given the excuse for his rude and TWATTISH behaviour.... judging by the time delay and the sitting on the diagnosis, he has no intention of taking his meds but knows the subs are savvy enough to know he should.
ALL round back to square one. Normal service resumed.

Their lack of knowledge of their super sub Xander's life sums them up.

They are so fake and false. I imagine them off camera going "right how are we going to play this... you try and cry and I'll go on about trolls".
Oh, and neither I – 'nor ANY of the practitioners I work with – would EVER suggest social media in what sounds like the place of therapy. It's a terrible idea to tell someone to entrust their mental health to an algorithm and other people, rather than finding ways to help from within themselves.

I really wish I knew who diagnosed him, because then I would be able to make sure my patients, family and friends stay far, far away.

There are, unfortunately, too many psychiatrists who will charge an arm and a leg to give the patient the diagnosis (and sometimes treatment) that they want. At the moment, it's particularly prevalent around ADHD diagnoses; which is tit as it undermines the diagnosis in so many other, genuine, people.

Thank you that’s a really nice thing to say. I’m so much better now, I was diagnosed in my early 50’s so it’s not like I’m a youngster. He’s definitely acting but doesn’t look manic in the least. He’s just being a naughty schoolboy because he thinks the subs like him acting like that

This and your second comment about the SM ‘therapy’ are really interesting and totally make sense.
