Oh my goodness Nadia you have just said out loud all my crappy internal dialogue and was already thinking about starting the fasting from jan 1st, I can already see the disgust in my husband’s eyes as I am fatter than I have ever been, but I bloody love my food and all the goodies! Ever since I gave up smoking 20 years ago I have got bigger each year, but also I am in such a miserable situation long term depression anxiety, loveless marriage no sex for 15 years I am 54! I cannot leave as I have no money and he has always threatened to use my mental health to get custody of my kids. They are getting older now 13 and 15, and now I’m worried that when their education is done he will throw me out! We’ve been married 20 years and no joint account! He is a decent man but is a total cold fish and all I want is a kiss and cuddle! I know mark drives you insane but you are so lucky he adores you and fancies you! So yes you are right although I recoil when I see my fat body in the mirror I will now NOT go on a diet! Dreadful, as I said, she is the ultimate enabler, some people are so influenced by them, they may carry on eating and put their health in grave danger. Yet she will read that comment, love herself some more, stroke her huge stomach and order a KFC party bucket to kick off her New Years Eve’s binge fest.

Those who have blood on their hands are people who:
- go on holiday to Cornwall against advice
- go on holiday with more than the acceptable number of people and households
- host indoor and outdoor gatherings that exceed the number of permitted people

Waste of time complaining to Loose Women about nasty nadia, they just completely ignore you. I followed up with a request for them to reply to my first email and they ignored that one too. She's obviously very well in with her boss, they are not bothered if she is offensive to viewers or the other loose ladies she gets away with everything.

Yes, complain to the CEO https://www.itvplc.com/about/management-team at ITV rather than emailing Loose Women directly and I would include the fact that Loose Women have ignored previous complaints. They need to remember the Ofcom guidelines!
