She has lost weight which can really change facial features. I've friends who have lost large amounts and they look like different people.
I'm not saying she hasnt had surgery, her nose especially looks to me like it's been shaped.

She has also had a lot of dental work done which can change your face shape a bit too. But I defo think she's had a nose and boob job and also fillers/Botox. She also massively contours her face with make up.
