I was the same. Thought I'd be supporting a fellow autistic adult with his journey, onlyfans post was the moment I realised yeah this is about ego not autism and checked out.

you know what I am worried for him, but I have tried to be there for him and he wanted to fall out with me over an Insta post.His life evolves around Insta so much he forgets the value of real life friends. For sure he will see my posts on here, but I don’t think he will try again any time soon

If anyone can answer as i personally don't know anyone with autism, but what meds would he be taking? I didn't realise you could take meds for autism, i thought it was more learning coping techniques?

He has several mental health issues he is taking meds for, I’m not sure what ones but he definitely is prescribed meds. If he stops trying to stop taking them he will be just fine, when he stops taking them that’s when the issues start 😢
