I’ve seen people get really pissed off about it - especially on the DIY on a budget page on FB. And heaven forbid you pull up your flooring to find tiling and decide to lay flooring over itUGH. Hey, I had anorexia and then developed binge eating disorder. I've lost 2 stone 1 pound since last summer - going slow lol. 12 of those pounds have been since Jan 11th. Haven't binged in like 3 months.
My psychiatrist who specialises in eating disorders reminds me of the 3 main things: eat breakfast and all 3 main meals. Drink water. Move!
Dont count calories if its triggering. But I do and now it works for me. Get your BMR and TDEE and go from there

There was this one section in her vlog where she talks about reading and she sort of described it really lacklustre, something along the lines of how she only reads to her kids because it's easy and low effort but tricks them into thinking they've had loads of quality time and she prefers it to having to play an imaginary game with them
