I emailed the reservations desk at Browns Hotel yesterday at 5pm, asking if they had any double rooms available because I have no heating in my house and I need somewhere to stay.

I'm not following on Twitter, from a search none of her minions have followed up on anything for few days so I guess no, as normally at least a few people instantly reply to her tweets.

Her account is still private and there has been no mention regarding her Browns hotel stay. Just several RT's regarding her in the style range from her stans!

This happened to me too! But she didn’t block me she’s just removed me as a follower. There’s no way she could have tracked it back to me...maybe she’s done anyone who’s followed her recently or something? Not sure!

Yes you're right, I've not been blocked but removed as a follower - but I've been following her for a couple of years, so I can only assume she has somehow traced me back to here?! If she has managed that then it's probably by dubious means...
