That's what a lot of people 'call it' but it isn't 'mental health' that's used to discredit people, I've got whole videos on this and everything I've spoken about is the truth. I've been on a jury where the young lady was giving evidence of an incident committed against her. She was overwhelmed and genuinely upset and cried. I didn't like to see someone upset but it actually helped us to deliver a not guilty verdict to the accused as it confirmed our suspicions about her evidence. In summary, the judiciary have seen it all and it reflects negatively on the person getting emotional with obvious exceptions where there has been a murder or serious injury inflicted on someone.
Perhaps they’ll submit a plea of diminished responsibility based on her low IQ? I believe the term is an abnormality of mental functioning. There would be plenty of evidence to support that - she can’t even spell her own daughter’s name correctly consistently and it’s 6 letters long and was made up by her.
She'll say she was grieving, her head was all over the place, she was taken advantage of and she's a mother, her baby needs her blah blah. She will have to be in court I'm assuming or can she do a Katie Price at not show?
