I think Lauren is so troubled that she’d need months of intensive therapy, maybe even a residential rehab or inpatient program. She did the ‘in therapy’ on channel 5 and it just was so exploitative and sad.

it is ridiculous I agree and a lot of it is self inflicted. But, Emotionally abusive relationships are no joke. He constantly called her fat, lazy and mocked her. They literally went to a wedding fair and he said he’d want a loose wedding ring so he could take it off easily on nights out, and that she should stop eating or her dress laces wouldn’t do up. But I’d be willing to bet she thinks if they’d never done TOWIE she’d be married to mark with a couple of kids, he’d be a dodgy club promoter and she’d have a salon.
There’s no way ‘Charlie’ is the real deal.

I think Charlie will be out of the picture within a year of the birth.

Genuinely, here I think she was prettier than Michelle. Not that it’s all about looks but you know what I mean. Mark was horrible to her and the wrights were awful too, that awful witch carol and creepy Jess. I really wish she’d made something more of herself because she was actually a nice girl and very pretty at the time. It’s sad to see the caricature and laughing stock she’s made herself.

Mavis told me about the Josie documentary yesterday so I have added it to my watchlist! I just think it's insane how people were actually fawning over her and not one bit of her behaviour has changed. Still begging for attention, still photo shopping the face and still on Only Fans. What a class act. She’s said so many times on daytime TV that the media make her ‘look different’, and that she looks more like her Instagram than pap shots. I’d feel sorry for her, if she wasn’t such a deluded narcissist. God knows, I’m not overweight myself but if random people were snapping pics of me I’d probably look pretty ropey in some of them! God I remember that. I know this is not really the place to to be defending Lauren but seriously, rewatching some old episodes recently, the wrights were vile. Carol, Jess and nanny pat (no disrespect to her as she seemed a nice lady, and RIP) were all laughing about how Lauren couldn’t cook or clean etc, she was a 20 year old girl fresh out of sixth form college! And I’ll never forget carol saying ‘If you want to get mark, you have to know how to cook for him and be a good wife’. As if he’s some prize. Smh. haha I watched this ep the other day. The girl is Sam Faiers if I’m remembering it right. It’s just so cringeworthy like I know they were together From young etc but Mark literally didn’t care about her at all. He mocked her constantly, his family did too which I thought was very unfair. Another scene shows Lauren presenting mark with a huge black and white professional photo of herself to have in his flat. He laughs at her and says it will go in the shed, and if he had it up it would be removed before a night out in case he brought a girl home. Obviously, I’m not a fan of Lauren now but back then she seemed like an alright girl and he was a massive tool.

I’ve never really watched Towie in any depth apart from a few of the famous clips but surely most of it was like all reality shows of this kind and was quite scripted and the people in the show were given roles to play. The reason I’m saying this is there was a show called I think real scousewives years ago and I read an article where one of the main characters said that her on off relationship which was prominent to the storyline was with a guy she didn’t even know till they started filming.
I’m not saying Lauren and Mark didn’t even know each other I’m sure they did have some kind of relationship but it seems like Marks job was in the show was to be the bad guy and she played the victim.
Just my opinion maybe I’m totally wrong who knows.

If this fool is pregnant, which I still have my doubts, she needs to get out of that bed and go for a walk to the supermarket and get some fresh food and eat it. Everyday.
