Edit: seems he actually (surprisingly) knows you need a Part 107, but I'm going to guess he thinks it's just simple "pay the FAA a few bucks and you're good to go thing" when it is definitely not. His lack of knowledge is clear since he thinks you only need the license to "fly in some places." Kyle...you need a license to do any flying that you monetize...period.
