This behavior is not normal in any way for a 30 year old. Perhaps it's apeing for the camera for those idiots who somehow convince themselves he some innocent Disney kid. Perhaps he has a severe chemical imbalance in his brain (I know. Hard to believe he has a brain.) that gives rise to the flailing and out of control behavior, a runt who has to be the center of attention to feel he's a big adult; a little clown imitating his old man's Clown routines.
It's isn't becoming in any way when viewed objectively. It's simply dysfunctional and denotes a severe mental ailment that makes him act out. He wants attention and yet fears that attention when he gets in in the real world. It's both interesting and repellant. Go figure!

In Anaheim, he stayed next the freeway at HoJo’s instead of showcasing a different area hotel. Kyle went all out for Oogie Boogie Bash with his Tony Stark sunglasses and t-shirt.
He attended D23 in Orlando with a media pass, possibly as a +1.Kyle purchased a lamp, tv stand and random Halloween decor for the luxjuurrree apartment. The lamp and tv stand arrived damaged. He arrange for a B1G1 deal with IKEA and Wayfair due to the damage. Barstools were not a priority. Kyle continues [or perhaps prefers] to eat picnic style, with a towel on the living room floor as a table.
She’s grounded.

I just noticed how stiff Pallo stands in every photo when he's next to other people. If he's by himself, he'll bend and relax his knees a little. But if he's next to other people they're always stiff as a board to where it looks like he's straining to try and look taller.
