His Disney vlogs are on life support because he has bled it dry trying to make daily content for so long, to the point that a new pathway opening is a headline for him. So he just makes it even harder for himself by posting two Disney vlogs today within a few hours. He must be hurting for money with his floundering views. Yesterday's vlog is still sitting at 20K.
On Tron, he's doing his usual ear-piercing, brain-bleed-inducing "WOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOO" and talking loudly the entire ride. I feel bad for guests that had to wait hours for the ride and then get stuck riding with him.

He has no life experience or skills that the average person his age obtains naturally, since he's been confined to his Disney bubble for 10 years doing his "art" (i.e. grifting) while his family enables him.
Even the most mundane, regular things amaze and perplex him. He's a toddler in a 30 year old, rapidly aging man's body.
And he thinks that he wants to own a house? There's no possible way he would be able to upkeep it.
I own a home and I'm constantly working on the yard, fixing things, etc. He would have no clue how to even mow the lawn. He would have to pay someone else to do everything for him but he's too lazy to do even that. Seeing as how he's incapable of even taking his Barbie-mobile in for an oil change or handling the most basic self-hygiene, he would probably just let everything fall apart.
The lawn would be covered in weeds, roof leaking, gutters clogged, Barbie-mobile broken down in the driveway, interior and exterior covered in filth, holes in the dry wall, etc. The city would probably have to condemn the place eventually.
