Just search Adelaide in general over 1m, it has no address listed anyway
Ok, not from Adelaide so unfamiliar with suburbs but also can’t find if when doing a general Adelaide search 😩
But also, I wonder why they’re selling? They surely can’t be strapped for cash?? Also, such a big build, why are they not living in it for longer? I mean, the $20k custom fridge for that space, the fawning over the cooktop and bathroom…just seems weird they’re selling?

I guess that explains why they moved their wedding up. Don’t want to get married in a house that’s just been open for inspection.

Maybe the bank of Kayla isn't extending any more credit?

IMO, they seemed to build the house very much to their specifications (the kitchen, co-dependent bathroom) rather than the majority of buyers if their original plan was to flip the house. It did very much seem to be their forever house, curious as to what has changed.

They have been living in it for less than 12 months too so wonder if they might be hit with CGT if they have claimed any part of the house to produce income...??

I’m so curious why they are selling?! They literally built it specifically for their needs (cook top on island, office space, the fkn fridge) I wonder how they will explain it…

Forgive my ignorance but if you are having a planned c-section why are we praying for her because her baby is measuring big?

Also, the fkn privlege of them building this house, living in it for barely a year and just selling it… I wish I could buy a house, let alone be in a position to just be like “eh I’m over this, let’s sell it and get another one”

Yeah, they moved in mid July! So not even six months and they have planned to sell. Must be nice having that much money to throw around in this economy 🥴

cause her scar wont be teeny tiny and the baby wont fit through her bellybutton.

Thanks. I was hoping to judge her for it, which I kind of am but I just assumed it would be the same regardless of baby size.

VERY odd. There is no way you would build that house if you intended to sell it in the near future. You would put quality appliances but not splurge appliances like a 20k fridge. You would put a big oven/stove but not the specialised stove top Leah had installed.
They are all things you would do for your forever home (which she has said all along this was it!)
What’s annoying though is they will both make out like they always intended to do this. Which is bullshit.
