It depends where they are in the process. There can be fact-finding hearings that go on for days, there can be hearings about disputes.
I would guess from everything that's been said and gone on they're nearer the end of the process now.

This should normally be the end of the matter, but you may have to return to court to seek enforcement of an Order if the other party is not abiding by it, or if the order needs to be changed and you cannot agree it. Your barrister can advise you should this be the case.'

I’m no prude and have certainly tried some freaky tit in my time. Would I want it on the internet though? No way.I think she'd edit it so it shows them most likely though. Then, when something is shown people have already been conditioned to find it bad or shocking.
She can’t accuse someone of being into disturbing sexual practises and then release a video of her participating without looking like a massive hypocrite. What could ‘ruin’ them would also ruin her. Yeah, she could try and spin it that she was coerced but she’d have to edit any clips to reflect that if it wasn’t really obvious she was participating under duress.

I was thinking about this a bit more, I thought Kieran had told the kids she was likely to go to prison.
It was March 2022 he did. So he prepared them months before the court date. She thinks nothing of calling Kieran disgusting in front of the kids and has tried to teach them women can be called all sorts. ( back with Claire /Pete). I can imagine how incensed KP was that Kieran dared to tell the kids this and I bet she was telling them awful things about how Michelle was sending mummy to prison etc.
Telling the kids would be a very hard thing and she obviously wasn't going to do it, even though it was her fault in the first place. She's just seen it as Kieran telling the kids she's bad for no reason. I think she will have been fuming since then. So she hatches a plan to spread rumours and split M&K up....in her mind the only reality she sees is that K&M plotted to get her into this position, not the fact her behaviour is unlawful.

I have to disagree, I think it would be very easy for her. Just look at the Slapgate 'bruise' in The Sun or the photo Amber Heard released. Just one photo could severely damage someone else if people believe the story around it. She's demonstrated she can do that. Has any press ever printed stories of KP's sex dungeon and 'disturbing' kinks.....no, she's in control of that for some reason.

I think its because she acts like she is about 12 most of the time.
What I mean is, if she released a clip of say her and AR participating in mutual watersports, people wouldn’t just be commenting on AR, they’d be calling her proclivities into question too. So I’m saying she would have to doctor or edit stuff to show she was an unwilling participant. Might be easy enough for her if she has a wealth of material to pick and choose which gets released to convince her brain dead followers she was a victim but it’s a gamble and would she really want that stuff out there if she’s trying to get back into mainstream TV
