I think it would also come under coercive control laws now.It is vile enough to keep a recording of your ex during sex, and then show it to others. A recording that was made with consent during a relationship and was always intended to be private. A total breach of trust.
But to record someone without their knowledge, where you can set the narrative and encourage your partner to reveal deeply personal desires??
I can understand to some degree people saying Kieran / Michelle / Carl etc should moderate what they post as it fuels her and sets her off BUT.
What she's doing with this long campaign of harassment is about control. All the people she's harassed have to moderate their behaviour, even really small things such as a post they like or a photo they post because basically she's a sex offender with a stash of blackmail.
Post-separation abuse, revenge porn, coercive control. It's all done to exert control on someone after they've split. All the 'stories' leaked to press that she might talk about someone's sex life, repeated phone calls, all the ranty Instagram posts about new girlfriends or Ex partners - it's abuse and control.
