I'm thinking KP probably got a chance to disclose the truth about her tax. When HMRC suspect tax fraud they start this 'Code 9' investigation which is still civil, not criminal. They send a letter asking you to disclose everything within 60 days and state what you've done wrong. If you agree and sign a contract saying you'll do what they say you can avoid prison.....but they have started bankruptcy proceedings against her that indicates she's not cooperated and they continue investigating with specialist fraud investigators from then on.

The amount she's avoided paying puts her into a serious category, Apparently, anything over 500k gets the top level HMRC fraud investigators put on it. Forget the driving drunk, speeding, driving banned for the 20th time.....this is what she can't avoid. To know she owes 750k tax the HMRC must have estimated her income and were probably helped by the bankruptcy investigators. So this is pretty much confirmed in my mind. They've established she has a large income and has ignored both the bankruptcy conditions and paying any tax. It's not even got a licence to drive the like's of Del boy's 3 wheeler ( and you only need motor bike licence for that!). So NO CHANCE. Imagine with her record, how much insurance would be on this car? Madam YOU ARE BANKRUPT. Don't even think there are many companies that would insure her on ANY car. And you can bet your life, she would miss stuff off the questions about disclosure of previous convictions, which would null & void any insurance's anyway. Imagine her trying to remember what to list on an insurance form - can't just put 'too many to list' ! 
Her post's are really getting piss take's, or she's just completely arrogant/insane. WHY would anyone post this, when has such a shocking track record of driving convictions. Still banned & got more court cases coming up for illegal driving? It is beyond reasonable thinking.
Can I just throw in an alternative theory here. I wonder if Skank has cajoled,coerced these people into doing it knowing it is poor practice and they could be struck off, and is now using this against them to get freebies. It would fit with her track record.
