Probably spent a small fortune for today....Nails, hair, make up, sunbed session, something designer to wear, crystalized surgical boots, skyscraper heels for once the camera stops rolling, designer trainers for the ride home.

Of course, shy little, traumatised Katie will not want the media to take her photo on the red carpet tonight, especially by those pesky paps who gave her PTSD and triggers, or was that PA, or EA, KH, MP, AR, KB, DW, DB or the 6 SA r4pists, or the guy in the park when she was 6, I mean 7, the photographer when she was 12 (or 13) or everyone who has ripped her off, the trolls, the haters, all the driving offences which weren't her fault, the 5, I mean 4, no it was deffo 3 kidnap attempts, the Sun, the Daily Mail, the police, the judges, solicitors, her creditors, Loose Women, Jade Goody, Jodie Marsh, Jane Poutney, her mum for getting ill, the delivery driver who killed her dog, the MM robbers, the Glasgow hotel robbers, the MM, the alcohol she doesn't drink, or the drugs she never takes, her overseas plastic surgeons, the 20ft wall at the Land of Legends, all her bankrupt/dissolved companies, her ex managers and agents and finally 'the one' SB.....

Think that is her thank you speech covered (although I highly doubt she will need one)

Aww, DC16, you missed out poor Leandro from the 'trigger' list. But I suppose, as she said, he gave her cystitis instead. So he didn't leave her with nothing to thank him for , even if it wasn't PTSD!

The courts will applaud her for putting Harveyfirst as the great mum she is and defer her community service due to her trauma and mental. Health. I’m going to suggest that she will be on relatively good behaviour tonight.
She’ll be trying to capitalise on the publicity around her documentary, plus the one won’t be tolerating any flirting with ones-in waiting.The one will have been camera ready from early morning.
I think we can expect loads of photos with anybody who stands still long enough.
I’m relying on you lot for a description of what she’s wearing, as “ wot you fink Harv” are my new trigger words, so I’m avoiding.
I hope that the Tom Parker documentary wins.

With reference to Harvey's size and need to exercise etc it is very difficult with someone so big, simply for the fact that even things like treadmills might not be possible as he may not fit on one. I have worked with a very large lady (400 lbs at her heaviest) and it was quite a challenge as she didn't fit on a treadmill even. Plus her rolls of fat and extra skin meant that even with something like walking her legs rubbed together making it very painful for her and could cause her sores and blisters. So KP just blagging workout stuff for him to use at home was pointless. He would probably be too heavy for something like an exercise bike anyway. The focus needs to be on his food intake with some gentle exercise ( walking in a swimming pool would be a good start) and then increase his activity as his weight decreases. He needs specialist help. I'm not sure how much the college can do for him in that regard, or whether their remit is just to teach him everyday skills such as shopping and cooking?

Yes, he said in her program he had being doing exercises, but no one elaborated on what. I think Harvey likes swimming, so that would be so good for him. Looks like they have Aquatic therapy available at the college

A few short walks every day and yes the food intake controlled ( no doubt when he is with KP, she just lets him sit on his iPad and feeds him burgers/cakes and huge portions. I'm sure they would see a huge difference.

I’ve noticed on her Instagram she no longer follows, or displays the previous two PR companies that she was affiliated to. The daddy one and the other one that had towie people on it. Looks like she is flying solo again. Any half decent PRcompany could get her back in the public eye for positive reasons, and earning thousands a month. She clearly won’t be directed. When the tax man comes knocking she will regret that.

so what's so special about this range is it made from magic material

buy a cotton t shirt for £4 and an iron on transfer and if you can't be bothered to do that just ebay one design your own for £6.99
