I have genuinely wondered if this makes a difference? I have a random selection of tablets from when I've changed dose or been given a mix by the chemist, so I try to use them up. Like does it make no difference if I take 100+25, or 5x25...?

It makes no difference, as long as itās from the same manufacturer, the dose just needs to remain the same, how itās out to get her is up to you/us/nurses/doctors etc.
No difference at allā¦ as long as itās the same release
for example some tablets are prolonged release so continue to work throughout the day, so you wouldnāt mix them with standard release.
But for example, a 2 x 200mg ibuprofen would be the same as 1 x 400mg
