Hate when influencers film random kids for content like he's done. Don't know if those kids aren't meant to be published on social media etc.

Kids should be playing, not doing high knees or bleeping burpees.
He is so completely and utterly bleeping stupid, he doesn’t realise the potentially issues he is passing onto children.
Still…if it gets a few likes for the gram, who gives a toss eh Joe?

100% kids should be playing! Football, hopscotch, tag, British bulldogs. All those games we used to play that kept us active!

All he’s doing is setting them up for having an early case of body dysmorphia!

He’s definitely come a long way from his “lean in 15” meals and HIIT sessions on his balcony. He was actually alright then and was in decent shape. Now he’s too rich, too bored and has just resorted to living the high life and coming up with any reason that pops into his squeaky voices brain to keep him relevant.
