I’m really not impressed with this message of eating loads and not checking the calories because he’s muscle building.
His whole business is about Hiit which he seems to have abandoned and every trainer I follow talks about managing calories even if you are weight training. He doesn’t come across as someone knowledge in nutrition.

It's also just the last few months that he's started to say u need to do other things including the hiit. Total opposite from when he used to say 20 min hiit was all u needed
