The 2 year checks are crap, I looked after a child who wouldn't speak at all, at the 2 year check (which was close to the 3rd birthday) the health visitor said there was nothing wrong!!
I work in childcare and have to do a 2 year check of my own, if he's at nursery they should be picking up on this!
