A cup size means nothing without the band size - ie an E cup on a 38 band will be much larger than an E cup on a 30 band. Your band should be what you actually measure under your boobs (none of this plus 4 nonsense) and is normally roughly your dress size plus 20. I would put her at a 30, maximum 32 G cup. I think anything that pokes fun at her is to the good. While it's not groundbreaking stuff, it's not running the risk of getting shut down any time soon either. Not that Twitter cares too much about parody accounts.

I think it's hundreds of thousands or at least around 100k but that includes the 68k Kickstarter.
IMO everything she's earned is grifted to some degree. The recipes in her cook books don't work, her initial book deal came off the back of a story that is at best an exaggeration of reality, even brand partnerships she puts no effort into. She doesn't prepare for interviews and has done no development as a cook, activist or writer.

Agreed. We would have to take into account gifts, holidays and rehab stays which we can assume were paid for by others after emotional manipulation by Jack. Of course we have no proof for that but it's why I think she has had hundreds of thousands of pounds/value from people over the years
