Give her her dues though. She boils down soapslop for her and SB, so the dog can go to the groomers and the cafe... selfless and sensible

If she deletes everyone who criticises her, and then has a tantrum spree about it, she’s going to look like she’s lost it EVEN MORE than normal 😂 Saturday night dance 💃

Quick guide to social media for Jack:

Facebook - being nosy about people you hated at school, finding out why the motorway junction is shut. Mostly made up.
Twitter - bin fires, arguments and complaints. Mostly aggy.
Instagram - twee fake jolly version of actual life. Mostly photos.
TikTok - predominantly young people imparting information and/or dancing. Mostly loud.
YouTube - conspiracy theories, Disney vloggers and old episodes of Top of the Pops. Mostly not put through a cartoon filter.

She’s got 100-200 arselickin saccharine comments across the two posts - but they’re no good to her when she’s got no tip jar or Patreon link for them to click on! It’ll be interesting to see if she updates her Instagram bio and/or adds a Linktree to enable the grift.

The dog chat reminds me of Adrian Mole when his mum cuts the dogs fringe and it’s a mess. Was half expecting an insta pic of Content with a similar do ‘4 da haterz’ 😭

To be fair to her it’s been a tough day. She’s lost about £500 in unearned cash.

That photo of the dog on the sofa is a dog with matted fur. This is the hill I’m prepared to die on

It takes a lot of time & effort to become a groomer, then cost to set up & have premises, overheads etc. Dog groomers are in huge demand at the moment, round here they are advising you book next appointments way ahead past xmas as they are getting so many new requests (I work with dogs 🔺 so am personally familiar with situation). Bit weird that Jacks groomer spends at least 3 days a week earning min wage in a cafe. (& she is apparently a 'literal expert') FFs Jack. Stick to simple fibs or even, something close to the truth! 'Yep she is in need of a groom, I'll book her in asap. thanks pals'
Also, I love that she has cracked & started snapping back on insta
I only needed a groomer for my cocker Molly, but stopped using them after her being scalped and finally razor burnt across her back. Photo for sympathy and am slightly inebriated 🍾 Now duck off.

Ps love all you fraus and ninnies

As a frau with ultra furry dog the state of Content is massively winding me up. Getting a dog groomer is not simply a case of running ones grubby finger down a list of Google suggestions.

1. Groomers are busy, good groomers can have waiting lists ( ours has currently closed her books) and they assess if they and the dog are a good match. Finding a groomer willing and able to take on Content could take months rather than weeks and it’s a very basic need for an oodle style dog.
2. Content, being a young dog, should have had introductory visits to the groomer so that she can get used to groomer and identify any fear, issues ( my, now elderly, bundle doesn’t like his feet doing, but because he is such a big pudding merely sits on them and treats coaxes them out from underneath him, however many dogs are fearful and need delicate handling, it is scary for them what with clipper noise and a new person and the situation needs proper and delicate attention)
3. We went through 3 groomers until I knew we found the perfect fit and my rescue/ shy/ quiet dog was obviously happy with the groomer …. We know Jack doesn’t take time but ffs the poor dog cannot see, has mats and needs an emergency groom now!
4. I’ve been in the vets when a matted dog type was brought in past us in reception
and heard the dog screaming in fear and pain, according to the vet it happens A LOT and quickly with these breeds, and because legal standards for animal welfare are so low it’s unusual for owners to be prosecuted

I have a traditionally feathered long haired bred and when he was rehomed with us we decided keeping him short was a good idea. Our climate during summer makes long haired dogs rather uncomfortable, for some breeds grooming is simply a choice ( and as my great pudding was a nervous wreck when we got him, think cowering away from a traffic cone, terrified of rabbits, hadn’t been outside much ) potentially hurting him getting knots out of his pretty coat was not acceptable and would have caused further shyness in such a gentle dog. An all over buzz cut once every 10 weeks keeps him cool, clean and as he is prone to ear infections allows the medicine to enter his ear canal more freely. That dog needs a bloody cut

Jack is too lazy to look after the dog properly, I also think soon she will not have the money to even try and look after the dog properly. A groomer is going to have one hell of a time with a wriggly Content who will be possibly scared, bored, uncomfortable with the whole process of grooming. In many areas groomers can simply pick and choose their clients and poorly socialised, poorly trained dogs just aren’t worth the bother.
Jack, find a groomer, pay for some introductory visits ( running a clipper over her body but with it not turned on, lots of tummy tickles etc…) and get her groomed, the type of dog you have grooming is not an optional extra it is mandatory every 8-10 weeks for the comfort/ welfare/ care of the dog you bought to show off with on Twitter.
sorry for the rant…
I've been thinking about Content all evening. I genuinely don't understand. Grooming your pet is a lovely experience, relaxing for both of you and great for bonding with a young animal. Even if her budget is tight, she could at the very least learn how to do it (properly) herself from getting books, watching videos. It's heartrending and abusive for the poor dog to be in this state at barely six months old.

I am a bit concerned at how Jack is going to speak to the nation now she is off Twitter, and restricting access to her Instagram.
Is she going to leave Martin Lewis to go it alone?
