Matt Haig does have moments for me where I think 'hmm, you've got a point' but the best thing I ever did was unfollow him on Twitter. It just got too much reading the same old thing day after day. He started off being well-intentioned but just became incredibly annoying because everything felt like he was trying to flog you one of his books (and he wasn't telling me anything I hadn't figured out through experiencing my own mental health issues).

That’s the basic rate. You can get up to a third on top of that for working the 24 hour rota. Jack will have been on a basic of about 20k with shift allowance on top.

And I don’t want that.
