The thing is also that historically the judges dont like to determine significantly higher child support than the statutory. California already has very high child support as it is and the Family Code specifically states that the custodial parent is expected to significantly contribute on their own.
So if Ioan ends up in a apartment that is a few sqm bigger that simply wont cut it (unless he earned more than before). The point is that with joint custody Ioan at least has to ensure that the kids AND Alice have a reasonable accomendation. As it stands, with what Alice wants, he doesnt have that responsibility to either of them (at most morally to the kids only). This is one reason why I believe that she will have stashed away a lot of money. If she was in genuine fear of soon being unable to pay she would consider this factor and continue her revenge by the kids being a pain to him instead. Unless she banks on Ioan being too nice to not bail his daughters every time out, in which case he should call her bluff.

I have a feeling that Ioan's doormat days are over. I don't believe that he will pay over and above what is required by law and the prenup. Doing so would jeopardize financial security for himself and Bianca, as well as any children they may have (if they choose to) The Abuser will need to support her own hefty ass. Child support won't last forever.

She really has squandered every single opportunity. She hit the jackpot getting hold of Oucassi when she was escorting - she could have locked down some serious money during that period. It's pure speculation. Tone is Alice and she did find pictures of someone she was fighting with on twitter and posted them and their kid too iirc. As for the other crazy stuff, does anyone have receipts?? Also this happened a while ago, so why did the cops only come now?? No, "Tone" already told us. IG has flagged up this AFE sock aka Tone for harassment of him and BW.

I’m not sure about the Reddit stuff. I’ve seen ex tattlers try and stir over there by outright lying about Tattlers and how things panned out on here.
For the record, this is a gossip site. You don’t have to prove your credentials, I take people at face value. If someone wants to educate or inform me of something then I’m happy with that. They don’t need to show me their CV.
However, I can’t recall seeing anything about Tone like whats been posted. I also didn’t see Craig’s family being threatened. Does that mean it didn’t happen?
I mean Tony is deranged and angry. Who knows what he gets up to in DM’s when we’ve seen him publicly harass people. Myself included. I could take him though.
